Founded in 2007, to provide charitable public benefit services to Skid Row residents by immediately addressing needs of the homeless and extremely poor through activism, advocacy, community research, planning, development & education. Skid Row is in Downtown Los Angeles within 50 blocks between Main, Alameda, 3rd & 7th Streets.
